The 4th ClayTrader Meetup is going to be held in Cool Springs, Tennessee! Cool Springs is located just outside of Nashville. The cost per person (significant others are welcomed!) is $20. This is much less than the Pittsburgh meet up; however, there will be other costs that you are responsible for as you'll see.
We have reserved a room for Friday Oct 14th at 6pm in a local bar/restaurant, called the Brewhouse South, and will be serving appetizers as part of your registration fee before dinner. You will be responsible to purchase your own meal and drinks directly from the Brewhouse.
The Brewhouse is within walking distance of the hotel as well as many other bars and activities. After dinner people are more than welcome to check out other locations in the area including a bowling alley and other bars with live music.
One thing to note. The hotel and hang out area will be around a $30 Uber ride from the airport. This can possibly be lower if you are able to split it with other members. So get in the forums (Coordinating Roommates and Uber rides) and see if you can work something out.
Hotel Booking:
To book your hotel room you will need to contact 888-236-2427 and mention ClayTrader Meetup to receive the discount. The rate should be $159 +tax/fees, the rate is good for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights depending on when you plan to arrive and/or leave. Hotel room must be booked by Sept 14th to guarantee the discounted rate.
