Brewhouse South in Cool Springs is the latest addition to the ever growing Brewhouse family which includes [BrewhouseSouth_07] Brewhouse 100, West Nashville’s Brewhouse West,  and downtown and Midtown’s Broadway Brewhouse & Mojo Grill. All locations serve as mighty fine New Orleans/Tex-Mex roadhouses, with gumbo, chicken quesadillas, shrimp po-boys, burgers and roasted chicken wings (the sweet and spicy Panama are some of the best wings in town) among the expertly prepared offerings. Midtown’s Mojo Grill features a far more extensive menu of Cajun and Tex-Mex offerings, with grilled chicken dishes as particular highlights. The downtown Broadway Brewhouse’s menu also features stone oven-cooked pizzas, all the better to soak up the action from two substantial bars with wide varieties of beer on draft. If beer’s not doing the trick, step into something strong: the Bushwhacker – basically an adult milkshake with 151 and coffee liqueur. They’re as potent as they are delicious, so sip cautiously.
